Walker helps Clients better understand the finances of existing and/or proposed parking facility or policy.  Our financial studies include parking facility operating revenue and expense projections and, when needed, the identification of gap financing requirements.  We identify and explore potential funding options for an owner’s consideration.

Our Public-Private-Partnership (P3) groups work on both buy- and sell-side parking asset monetization transactions, aiding in valuating parking assets through operating revenue, operating expense, and capital expenditure projects.  We also help develop operator RFPs and operating and maintenance standards, and are active participants in the due diligence process.

Many of our staff are experienced former public and commercial parking operators.  They provide firsthand expertise and best practices in the development of curb management plans, parking facility operational audits, parking operator RFPs, operational policies and practices reviews, parking enforcement recommendations, and parking technology plans.
