Walker was the Architect and Engineer of Record of a 3,357 space, 7-level, cast in place posttensioned concrete parking structure at the Horseshoe Casino. The two lowest levels are for valet, including a customer pick up point, the top level is employee parking, balance is casino guest self-park. The structure features a cascading ramp providing access to each floor, all. The main stair elevator tower has a bridge to the casino. The Employee elevator tower connects top level parking to Level 3 security station where additional bridges connect to the casino and Central Plant. The facility also has a count system to notify drivers of parking availability on each floor as they drive up the cascading ramp.
