Walker was the Architect and Engineer of Record for a 3,357-space, 7-level cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete parking structure at the Horseshoe Casino. The two lowest levels are designated for valet use, including a customer pick-up point; the top-level is dedicated to employee parking, while the balance of the garage is casino guest self-park. The structure features a cascading ramp providing vehicular access to all floors. The main stair elevator tower has a bridge to the casino. The employee elevator tower connects top-level parking to the security station, where additional bridges connect to the casino and central plant. The facility also has a parking guidance system directing drivers to available parking on each floor as they drive up the cascading ramp.
