The University of North Florida Hodges Stadium was originally built in 1999. The stadium consists of a precast concrete superstructure with precast seats and floors. It seats approximately 9,400 and there is 30,000 square feet of occupied space, 38,000 square feet of seating and 50,000 square feet of concourse.
The stadium had been experiencing water leakage through the seating and the concourses, water ponding on the concourses and rusting on the handrail posts.
Walker performed a condition assessment and issued a report defining and prioritizing the leak paths to strategically phase repairs.
