    Nicholas is a Project Manager in Walker’s New York Office. He has extensive experience in the prime design of parking garages, functional design, master planning, parking planning, and feasibility studies, as well as parking operations and technology consulting. In his 12 years at Walker, Nicholas has provided parking for commercial/office buildings, mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, educational campuses, and stand-alone garages for government agencies and local municipalities. He was also selected to work in Walker’s Dubai office, due to his talent in below-grade and podium parking design. Nick is Walker’s automated parking lead, playing a fundamental role in domestic and international projects. He is integrally involved in the functional design of large mixed-use projects in Asia and the Middle East, including the 7,800-space underground garage serving the Haeundae Resort in Busan, Korea; over 9,000 spaces for residential and office high-rise towers in Mumbai, India; and car parking management design for a project in Doha, Qatar. Some of his local work includes the design of the South Nassau Communities Hospital, plus architectural and functional design of above and below-grade garages for a retail center outside of New York City.
