Nicholas Frezza is a Project Manager in Walker’s New York Office, as well as the firm’s Automated Parking Lead. He has 14 years of experience in parking garages design, master planning, parking planning, and feasibility studies, as well as parking operations and technology consulting.

Nicholas was selected to work in Walker’s Dubai office due to his talent in below-grade and podium parking design. He plays a fundamental role in domestic and international projects and has provided parking for commercial/office buildings, mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, educational campuses, and stand-alone garages for government agencies and local municipalities. Integrally involved in mixed-use projects, some of his work includes the 7,800-space garage underneath the Haeundae Resort in Busan, South Korea; 11,000 below-grade spaces for a mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia; and a 1,500-space parking structure for the Belmont Park Arena on Long Island.
