Patrick is the Director of Restoration in Walker’s Minneapolis office. He has 10 years of experience in the investigation evaluation, testing, design, and renovation of various building types in the upper Midwest. Patrick has performed investigations, prepared repair documents, and performed construction administration services for hundreds of parking structures and buildings experiencing deterioration and/or non-performance issues. Projects have included various structure types, including parking structures, commercial buildings, canopies, and plazas, and various building types, including residential, office, hospital, university, and governmental facilities.
Patrick is trained and certified by the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) to perform rope access surveys and inspections.
Patrick is a team player with the ability to lead a project from beginning to end. His expertise in parking facility assessment and restoration allows him to quickly identify problematic conditions and recommend appropriate restoration activity to correct deficient conditions. He works with clients and contractors to minimize disruptions to their facilities while minimizing the construction schedule.
