Scott is the Managing Principal in the Minneapolis office. He joined Walker in 1998 working as a parking consultant and project manager. He has diverse parking operations and design experience with educational background in structural engineering and professional focus on project management. He has been involved with a variety of projects and client types leading to a keen understanding of owner’s unique requirements. He has an excellent background in parking consulting, functional design, economic feasibility, project programming, structural durability, cost estimating/control, and structural system design. Scott is currently the Project Manager for the new 2,200 parking structure at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE. He is successful project manager, due to his focus on understanding the client’s requirements, attention to detail, meeting a schedule, and working within the project budget.
