Andrew is an Urban Planner and Analyst in Walker’s downtown Chicago office. His project experience includes parking supply and demand analyses, comprehensive municipal parking plans, shared parking studies, transportation master planning, and transportation demand management. With a background in urban and regional planning, Andrew specializes in parking supply right-sizing through the analysis of area land uses and transportation mode choice. He is knowledgeable in the mechanisms of the built environment and how it interacts at the human scale. Andrew is also acutely aware of the importance of preemptive thinking when considering the rapidly-changing landscape in transportation planning through technological improvements and evolving consumer behaviors.
