Karen Peris is a Mobility and Parking Planner in Walker’s New York office. She works primarily with higher education clients but has had the privilege of working on projects for municipalities, hospitals, developers, and airports. Her specialties include mobility and transportation master planning, parking planning, shared parking analyses, transportation demand management strategies, ride sharing impact studies, stakeholder engagement, peer benchmarking, and market analyses.

Karen works in Adobe Suite and ArcGIS, combining her enthusiasm for critical analysis with a passion for cartography to deliver quality renditions of study results. She holds a Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on public and stakeholder engagement, comprehensive planning, and tactical urbanism.
