Duane has 22 years of experience in the design, inspection, restoration, and construction of transportation-related facilities including parking garages and bridges with the last 15 years focusing primarily on parking garages. He has managed the design and construction of dozens of parking facility projects ranging in size from 200 spaces to 4600 spaces. He is familiar with precast-prestressed concrete structural framing and has extensive cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete experience including bonded and unbonded systems.
Duane is a Licensed Structural Engineer in 5 states and has consulted in at least 15 states which have resulted in a breadth of experience related to durability design and regional construction methods for parking structures. He is intimately involved with all aspects of his projects including maintaining schedule, budget, deliverables, and coordination of MEP and Civil disciplines, etc.
