Walker provided Reading Hospital Medical Center with an Asset Management Plan for four parking facilities on their campus, consisting of three and four level precast tee structures. Together it is 17 acres of structured parking. They had failing caulk joints, failing expansion joints, localized ponding, spalling haunches, broken tee-to-tee connections and aging lighting systems. The structures were to remain open during repair. Walker had to prioritize repairs to maintain a safe environment and anticipate future repair needs for budgeting.
