Tania’s focus at Walker is on parking and transportation consulting relating to policy and planning and a range of geographies and scales. Her analyses frequently evaluate the relationship between parking and issues such as land use, real estate, economic development, “placemaking”, and transportation alternatives. Tania performs a range of studies for cities, counties, business associations, universities, hospitals, developers, and property owners, including parking supply and demand analyses, shared parking studies, parking management plans, and parking operations studies. She works with clients on developing parking and transportation strategies designed to meet their policy and operational goals.
