Located in St. Louis, MO, Scott O’Harver is a Senior Restoration Specialist with Walker Consultants. Before joining Walker, he was employed by a major construction company in the St. Louis area as a project superintendent, who oversaw all phases of new construction and concrete restoration projects. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including litigation support. He also has excellent knowledge of masonry, concrete, and wood framing repairs, associated with post-tension concrete, precast concrete, masonry façade tuckpointing repairs, wood framing and mass timber repairs, emergency shoring projects, and asphalt paving.
