Ryan Carris is a Senior Restoration Consultant and project manager in our Chicago West office where he is responsible for evaluation, design and project management. Ryan has over 20 years of experience in investigating and evaluating the contributing causes of distresses and construction related defects on a wide variety of structures, including: medium and high-rise buildings, parking structures, athletic stadiums, commercial and residential buildings. Investigations have involved cast-in-place concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, steel, and timber. Ryan is co-author of “Chapter 15 Maintenance and Repair” in the International Parking Institute’s “Guide to Parking” text book.
