Rick Craine is a structural engineer with over 20 years of experience, specializing in operations management, steel design, retrofitting, and structural analysis.

Before joining Walker, Rick was based in the greater Washington, DC, region, where he completed multi-phase projects including parking garage renovations, adaptive reuse developments, structural surveys, and multi-floor building retrofits.

Rick works with clients to evaluate existing structures and design practical structural solutions for tenant improvements, adaptive reuse, and modernization projects that maximize the value of the existing building while accommodating future needs.
