Richard Carroll is a Consultant in the Building Envelope service line at Walker Consultants working out of the Irvine office. Rich’s expertise and experience comes from 20 + years working primarily in residential construction. Rich is a “Hands-on” Consultant who has dealt with many different difficult water intrusion issues. He has experience as a Construction Project Manager for HOA’s throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Most recently managing 10+ projects involving repairs to meet SB 326 requirements. This included all aspects of construction management from bid preparation, financing and project closeout.
Rich is responsible for a wide variety of services including condition assessments, field investigations, specification and design peer review, bidding/ negotiation, plan check, construction administration, quality assurance/ quality control testing, and observations related to the residential and commercial buildings.
