Peter’s responsibilities include taking the vertical transportation aspect of a project from concept through the completion of construction. This lifecycle commences with researching, analyzing, studying, and recommending operational solutions for vertical transportation needs through the performance analysis and coordination with the larger design team and other project stakeholders. Followed by creation of Division 14 specifications and oversight of vertical transportation drawings and Revit modeling through the design process, continued by support during project bidding and, finally, throughout construction including site visits, submittal review, and performance testing. Peter has more than 15 years of construction and elevator industry
knowledge and experience.
