Kristen Navaid is a Building Envelope Consultant. With an architectural background, Kristen provides specialized assistance on building envelope projects, investigating sources of water infiltration through diagnostic testing and performing façade assessments from afar with binoculars as well as up-close via swing-stage access. Additionally, Kristen has extensive experience with roofing investigations to determine the condition of existing systems and whether the useful life can be extended or roofing replacements are warranted. Kristen has prepared repair documents for façade, window and roofing construction. Construction administration services are also provided while those projects are in progress.
Kristen joined Walker Consultants in 2017 with over 10 years of experience in building envelope restoration. She is currently involved in numerous ongoing facade repair and roofing replacement projects at Walker.
