Jeff serves as the Director of Building Envelope in our Houston West office, bringing over 25 years of expertise in roofing, waterproofing, façade systems, and forensic investigation. Throughout his career, he has concentrated on diagnosing complex building envelope issues and crafting effective repair and rehabilitation strategies. Jeff supports clients with performance testing, contract administration, and expert testimony. He leads various projects, including roofing and waterproofing design, façade assessments, below-grade waterproofing, and enclosure commissioning. His work spans diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, and multifamily housing, covering both new construction and the evaluation of existing buildings. As a Professional Engineer in Texas, Jeff holds several industry certifications, including RRC, RWC, BECxP, CxA+BE, and Level 1 Infrared Thermography. He has held senior technical and leadership positions, contributed to national enclosure standards, and presented at industry conferences. Additionally, Jeff has provided crucial support in numerous legal cases as a forensic expert and testifying witness. His passion lies in helping clients tackle building envelope challenges, enhancing durability and performance while promoting best practices in enclosure consulting throughout the industry.
