James Zeller is a Restoration Engineer in Walker’s Chicago office where he is responsible for evaluation, design, and administration of restoration projects. James has experience in the analysis, evaluation, and repair of concrete structures. James has experience with the design and administration of repairs to post-tensioned concrete, conventionally reinforced concrete, steel members, and masonry. James has diverse experience helping to serve clients in the education, government, healthcare, entertainment, hospitality, and residential sectors. James’ intuitive structural understanding and experience helps him to diagnose deficiencies and create practical solutions. James also believes in the need for the restoration of people and the power of learning from anyone you meet. This belief and practice have formed him into an effective communicator and team member that works to identify, understand, and resolve conflict.
