Garrett Brown is the Director of Vertical Transportation for our South Region. Garrett’s background includes all facets of the Vertical Transportation business including new design, maintenance and repair, and modernization. Garrett brings with him over 19 years of experience, beginning with working for OEM’s in the greater Ohio and greater Georgia geographic areas and then transitioning into consulting across the Southeastern region. Garrett’s consulting experience includes modernization projects but also condition assessments, due diligence, capital planning, and maintenance audits, all performed for clients spanning all market sectors including Higher Education, Office, Residential, Healthcare, Airports, and Industrial.
