Fred Peters has over 20 years of experience in building envelope consulting and structural evaluation, with experience across building enclosure peer review and commissioning, construction observation, façade assessments, leakage investigations, roofing and waterproofing, structural investigations and repair and rehabilitation design. He has worked with a wide range of materials and systems including masonry, cast stone, natural stone, roofing and curtain wall systems, and has been deeply involved in both field investigation, repair design and construction observation throughout the life-cycle of a project.

Throughout his career, Fred has contributed to investigations and the development of repair drawings and specifications, overseen construction observation, and performed building enclosure commissioning and performance testing. He has also conducted structural investigations and applied nondestructive testing methods, including infrared thermography, to evaluate building conditions.
