Evan is a Restoration Engineer and Field Representative for Walker’s Michigan office. His responsibilities include construction administration and observations, forensic evaluation of asphalt and concrete pavements, concrete, steel and masonry structures, and production of restoration construction documents.

Evan’s restoration experience with Walker includes production of restoration construction documents as well as construction observation and administration for various facilities, including Airport and University parking structures and buildings. He also performed field representative duties for the construction of the new $25 million dollar Wall Street parking structure for the University of Michigan.

His forensic evaluation experience includes masonry buildings, asphalt and concrete parking lots, parking structures, post-tensioned structures and plaza systems, and preparing detailed condition assessment reports of findings and recommendations.

Evan’s experience also includes 5 years of work experience updating pavement management systems for various State DOT’s (Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, etc.) and several United States military installations. This experience includes performing pavement evaluations
at over 400 airfields. Evan was the lead field representative for over 200 of these evaluations. Other experience includes analyzing falling weight deflectometer data and developing pavement maintenance and rehabilitation plans utilizing PAVER™ software.
