Erick Ika is a Senior Building Envelope Consultant in our Houston West office. Erick has over 15 years of experience in building envelope peer review, building envelope condition assessment, project management, and renovation of a wide variety of building types with various types of roofing, cladding, and waterproofing systems. His experience includes building envelope consulting for new construction projects, forensic evaluation, investigation, testing, design, remediation of building envelope defects and deficiencies, as well as insurance claims and construction litigation support.
