investigations, structural analysis and repair designs for a wide range of new and old structures across the US and beyond its borders. Some project examples include evaluation and repair of a historic French cabin in Missouri; facade evaluation and repair design for high rise buildings across Chicago; investigations into deteriorated and occasionally collapsed balconies for condominium complexes in several states; evaluation and repair design for parking garages across Illinois; and investigation and litigation consulting regarding alleged construction defects for multiple projects across the country.
