Charina is a Project Manager in Walker’s Irvine office. Charina has over a decade of experience in the new design and construction administration of cast-in-place and post-tensioned concrete parking structures. She also has provided parking consulting services on numerous projects and has performed these services for various types of clients in mixed-use, residential, health care, educational and governmental fields.
