Beth Mercer is an Analyst in Walker’s Tampa office, where she is an integral member of the Planning, Operations, and Technology group. With over eight years of experience, Beth has honed her expertise across a broad spectrum of urban planning disciplines. This includes mobility and transportation master planning, parking solutions, stakeholder engagement, and transportation demand management. She is also well-versed in analyzing the impacts of ride-sharing and shared parking systems.

Beth’s education spanned sustainability theory, urban development, renewable energy, green infrastructure, and resource management. She applies this knowledge to develop sustainable, smart urban planning solutions that enhance community well-being. Beth’s expertise extends to integrating health, transportation, and smart technologies into her work processes, improving urban environments effectively.
