Alyssa is the Regional Director of Vertical Transportation for Walker’s west region. Alyssa brings nearly three decades of experience leading and conducting vertical transportation projects for both existing buildings and new construction. These project services range from vertical transportation studies, assessments, modernizations, and maintenance specification to the full suite of services for architectural design. During her tenure at Lerch Bates, Alyssa demonstrated progressive leadership and increasing responsibilities, serving in roles including Regional Managing Director of Vertical Transportation, National Director of Strategic Accounts, Vice President of Building Systems Consulting and Vice President of Acquisition and Integration. She successfully led vertical transportation projects of diverse sizes and scopes, expanded multi-disciplinary project capabilities, and strengthened cross-training initiatives. Additionally, Alyssa contributed to the technical development and mentorship of staff, fostering continuous improvement and excellence within the organization.
