Matthew (Matt) Arnold is a Restoration Consultant and Project Manager in Walker’s Minneapolis office. He has extensive experience managing and working on restoration projects focused on the investigation, evaluation, testing, repair and rehabilitation design, and construction period services of existing buildings and bridges.
