Mike Alver is a Project Technician and Field Representative for restoration projects in the Ann Arbor office of Walker Parking Consultants. Mike has been responsible for assisting in investigating the general condition of parking structures and data compilation for condition appraisals, the preparation of repair plans and specifications for construction documents and assisting with field and administration services during the construction phase. Mike also performs CAD operations and drafting on in-house projects.

While at Walker, Mike has been involved with the restoration of existing structures. Restoration experience includes site investigation, condition appraisals and construction contract administration. These structures are both cast-in-place and precast concrete structures including prestressed, post-tensioned or mildly reinforced systems.

Prior to joining Walker in 1998, Mike worked 3 years as a Draftsman with ESG Consulting in Dearborn, Michigan.
