Jose Perez is an Assistant Restoration Consultant with Walker Consultants. He is responsible for assisting the project managers and providing field support on restoration construction projects. Jose is especially strong with large, complex projects relative to coordinating
numerous subconsultants.

As the Restoration Group’s senior technician, his primary responsibility is assistance of providing project management with condition evaluations and assessments and the delivery of a project from start-up to construction documents and on through actual construction. Projects
in which Jose has coordinated construction documents include parking facilities, plazas, and building façades.

Jose joined Walker Consultants in 1987 as a drafting assistant, and he is now responsible for helping other technicians complete restoration projects from conception through construction documents. With over 20 years of CAD experience, he has been involved in many Walker restoration projects.
