Colin Swaysland is a Restoration Consultant in Walker’s New York office. He is a registered Professional Engineer who has provided practical solutions and value to his clients for over fifteen years. Colin’s specialties include investigation, evaluation, forensics, project management, structural design and analysis, and concrete restoration of various types of buildings and structures.

Throughout his career, Colin has performed investigations; developed building envelope repair documents and structural strengthening solutions; and provided construction administration and oversight services for many client types including homeowners, condominium associations, management companies, hospitality companies, contractors, architects, hospitals, universities, and municipalities.
