Lindsey leads Walker Consultants’ Talent Acquisition team specializing in the recruitment of professionals across Structural Engineering, Forensics, Restoration, Building Envelope, MEP, Vertical Transportation, and other specialized technical markets. She partners closely with leaders across the organization to develop talent strategies, support workforce planning initiatives, and build high-performing teams that drive long-term growth.

Lindsey works closely with business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals, identify opportunities for growth, and develop scalable recruiting strategies in highly competitive niche markets. She is passionate about building strong teams, creating sustainable talent pipelines, and ensuring recruiting serves as a true business partner that supports the firm’s long-term success.

Beyond her talent acquisition leadership, Lindsey played an integral role in the foundation of Walker’s DEI initiatives, serving on the DEI Council from its inception for four years. She also co-founded and currently co-leads WellMind, Walker’s Mental Wellness Employee Resource Group, which promotes awareness, education, and support for employee well-being across the organization.
