Walker Consultants, a national leader in parking structure design, mobility planning, and asset strategy, has been selected by Bleutech Park Holdings Inc. to provide parking and mobility planning services for the highly anticipated Bleutech Park Las Vegas development.

The engagement marks a key step in shaping how visitors, tenants, and operators will experience access and movement within one of the most ambitious mixed-use SmartCity developments currently planned in Las Vegas.

Walker will lead parking strategy and mobility planning efforts, with a focus on redefining curbside management, improving traffic flow, and supporting a seamless user experience across the site.

The project is currently in the Concept Design Phase, where Walker will collaborate with the broader design team, including sports venue designers and master planners, and eVTOL engineers to establish a forward-looking mobility framework aligned with the project’s vision.
