Ravi Mullapudi, PhD, PE, PEng, LEED AP, PMP recently received his credentials to be a Registered Building Enclosure Consultant (RBEC) through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC)! This certification furthers Ravi’s expertise to provide solutions for all building envelope systems.

What is an RBEC Credential?

Becoming an RBEC requires obtaining all three of IIBEC’s Consulting credentials: Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC), and Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC). Each credential requires extensive expertise in its area including specific work experience and continuing education. The RBEC is the top Building Envelope consulting registration available with less than 100 in the world.

How can an RBEC benefit your project?

Having an RBEC on the project teams means having an expert in building envelope systems dedicated to the protection of your building envelope, structure, finishes, and occupants. An RBEC will use their experience and specialized expertise to provide a wide range of solutions on new and existing facilities.

Congratulations and excellent work, Ravi! Don’t hesitate to contact Ravi or Walker’s many other building envelope experts nationwide.
