Brad Navarro has been promoted to Managing Principal overseeing Walker Consultants’ Chicago-based offices. Brad joined Walker in 2000 where he consulted on hundreds of parking related projects, lending his expertise to site selection, engineering, building code analysis, durability design, and facility maintenance and restoration. Brad has advanced in these roles and is recognized as a leading parking functional designer in the industry.
