We are all adapting to our “new normal” during this uncertain time and Walker continues to provide investigations, assessment, and construction phase services as allowable by state and local jurisdictions. While in-person site visits cannot be performed for projects which we cannot physically get to, Walker is integrating various technologies providing remote communication and review of project progress to keep us engaged with the contractors and clients when in-person site visits cannot be implemented. We have successfully moved ahead on several projects when tenants are not impacted by the work and the contractor is able to proceed.
