Rick Mobley, a Senior Parking Consultant in our Houston office, has been appointed as Vice Chair of the ITE Parking Council. Rick has over 30 years of experience in conducting and managing major transportation, site development, urban planning and design projects across the United States. He has developed a specialty in conducting studies and designing major parking facilities.
We know he will contribute greatly to the parking industry!
