Ted Michel has more than 3 years of experience in condition assessment, field inspection, restoration design, and contact administration of various building types including parking garages, carports, residential condominiums structures, and its building envelope components. Ted possesses meaningful experience in conducting condition assessments, which encompass both non-destructive and destructive testing methodologies, as well as in the development and management of restoration designs. He manages all facets of construction documentation and administration while serving as the owner’s representative throughout the construction process.
