Sean is a Project Manager in Walker’s New York office, specializing in functional and architectural design. His wide range of experience ranges from designing mixed-use developments and master planning projects, to parking planning and feasibility studies, and the full design of parking garages—starting from the conceptual stage through full construction. This includes designs using precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, and structural steel.
In his six years with Walker, Sean has provided design and management services for projects including the East Parking Garage at LaGuardia Airport, a municipal garage in Westchester, above- and below-grade garages at a retail center outside New York City, a hospital parking facility in White Plains, and most notably, two parking structures for the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). He is also integrally involved in the design of large, mixed-use projects across the U.S. including a 3,600-space garage serving the Maryland metropolitan area and podium parking for mixed-use towers in Miami. Internationally, Sean is providing functional design services for a massive mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia.
