Ethos Rivera-Cruz has over thirteen years of experience in the construction industry as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager and Building Consultant on unique projects all throughout the US, Latin America and Europe. He started his career providing owner’s representative services for large restoration and new construction projects. As an Engineer, he is able to provide services such as surveying building conditions, bidding, permitting, scheduling analysis and project monitoring in addition to contract administration of multiple concurrent projects with costs over $45million in building restorations. Ethos has acquired strong practical and technical skills in the restoration field and damage assessments on single and multi-family luxury residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional structures including nationwide large catastrophe-related assignments. He has been responsible for CAT response teams involved with the project assessment, management and evaluation of damage caused by hurricanes, wind, flood, fire and earthquakes.
