Dan Nisivoccia is a Restoration Project Engineer in Walker’s New York office, specializing in the evaluation, design, and management of forensic restoration and building envelope projects. Known for his ability to foster strong relationships with building management stakeholders, Dan excels in comprehensive project planning, emphasizing safety protocols, delivering detailed progress updates, and managing expectations effectively.
With extensive experience in repairing a variety of materials, including prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete, steel, wood, terra cotta, stone masonry, brick masonry, concrete masonry, and carbon fiber reinforced polymer, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. His proficiency in budgeting, change order negotiation, quality control, scheduling, project safety, and client relations consistently ensures that project milestones are achieved ahead of schedule.
Before joining Walker, Dan excelled as a Project Manager for over six years. During this time, he demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, successfully leading a team of project engineers and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
