Victor is Vice President and Senior Project Manager in the Tampa office and is overseeing projects throughout the southeast US and Central America. Since joining Walker in 1986, Victor has been involved in project management, structural analysis, and design of several major parking facilities nationwide, including Wallace Creek BEQ Parking Structure in Camp LeJeune, North Carolina; Center for Disease Control 107 in Atlanta, Georgia; Palm Beach International Airport and Plantation Fashion Mall Parking Facilities; Tampa International Airport New South Parking Garage; Florida State University Parking Facility in Tallahassee; and Fort Lauderdale Airport Parking Structure.
