    Nam is a Senior Vice President and Walker’s Senior Director of Restoration Resource Group. He has over 35 years of experience identifying contributing causes of noted distresses and construction related defects. Nam has worked with building owners, property management companies, insurance companies, healthcare facilities, and government agencies. Currently, he is focusing on façade and curtain wall evaluations, building leakage evaluations, distress investigation, expert witnessing, and repair design for corrosion related deterioration.
