David joined Walker in 1998 and is the Director of Restoration in the Boston office. His professional experience includes over twenty-five years of restoration engineering and project management in the Greater Boston area, focusing on parking structures, buildings and allied structures. David was the Project Manager on the initial restoration of the Leo A. Roy Parking Garage for the City of Lowell. His recent projects include a condition appraisal, restoration repair documents and construction administration for the Draper Laboratory Parking Garage in Cambridge, Massachusetts; a condition appraisal, construction documents and contract administration for the Seaport Parking Hotel Garage and the Seaport Hotel West Plaza Entrance in Boston, MA. Dave also recently updated the multi-year restoration plan for the Beacon Street and Commonwealth Parking Garages at Boston College.
