Dan Moser is a Principal with the firm and the Restoration Department Head for the Chicago and Elgin, Illinois offices. He is responsible for managing and coordinating restoration projects, as well as evaluation, design, and project management. Dan has over 25 years of experience with specialized expertise in structural evaluations, engineering design, and restoration on a wide variety of structures ranging from 800’ tall reinforced concrete chimneys to buildings and bridges, as well as façades and parking structures. He has worked with numerous types of clients including property management companies, building owners, institutional facilities, government agencies, insurance companies, attorneys, architects, and contractors.
