Dan Moser is a Vice President with the firm and the Director of Restoration for both Chicago (East and West) offices. He is responsible for managing and coordinating restoration projects, as well as evaluation, design, and project management. Dan has over 30 years of experience with specialized expertise in structural evaluations, engineering design, and restoration on a wide variety of structures ranging from 800’ tall reinforced concrete chimneys to buildings and bridges, as well as façades and parking structures. He has worked with numerous types of clients including property management companies, building owners, institutional facilities, government agencies, insurance companies, attorneys, architects, and contractors.
